Interactive Designer and Developer, C3 Presents, Austin, TX
Be an integral part of the marketing team for Lollapalooza, the Austin City Limits Music Festival, and C3's other great live music experiences. Must be a music fiend, insanely creative, and on top of trends in design and the interactive space.
We are currently looking for a Full Time Interactive Designer & Developer to create visual designs for interactive initiatives - including web sites, emails, social networks, and online media. This is you:
- Strong background and top-notch portfolio in both interactive design and development
- Creative, forward thinking, progressive designer and independent thinker with innate design sense and style
- Interactive knowledge must include front end development, usability, site taxonomy, content distribution techniques, and technology standards
- Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Flash), WordPress, HTML/CSS, XML, JavaScript/Jquery, MySQL, RSS, ImageReady, editing software for audio and video
- Working knowledge of cross-browser/cross-platform coding issues and the troubleshooting and testing of sites cross-browser/cross-platform (preferred)
- Ability to jump right in and work in a collaborative team environment
- Strong people and communication skills. Able to speak technical development and creative concepts equally well.
- Ability to multi-task in a fluid, fast-paced environment and churn out killer work
- Must be a master of big idea thinking and nitty gritty details
- Experience level: Minimum of 2 years experience in a professional Interactive Media environment or agency
